Plasma Arc Cutting (PAC)

In my opinion I prefer using Plasma arc cutting because its a way easier process for cutting metals. The plasma welding process was brung to the welding industry as a method of bringing better control to the base metal process in lower current ranges. this process uses inert gas which is known as (Compressed air) is blown at high speed out of a nozzle at the same time an electrical arc is made through the gas to plasma. In this picture the is what is called a plasma torch with an electrical arc coming from it which means its on. To prepare for Plasma cutting it consists of a power supply, an arc circuit and a plasma torch.
